Limudei Kodesh β€” Mesivta Ner Hachaim

Limudei Kodesh At Its Best

Limudei Kodesh is the cornerstone of the mesivta. The Rosh Hamesivta, Menahel, and the rebbeim go above and beyond in their devotion to Harbotzas Torah and to the care of the talmidim. They strive to make each bochur an integral part of the whole, while individualizing the unique chinuch for every yachid. It is this distinct approach that encourages the talmidim to grow and shteig, both individually and collectively.

The Limudei Kodesh curriculum consists of Gemara B'iyun, Bekius, Halacha, Chumash, and Mussar. This scope of daily learning provides a solid foundation on which each bochur can develop a life-long love and desire for limud Torah. The year of learning culminates in the completion of the mesechta and the highly anticipated Siyum Hashana which gives the talmidim the opportunity to reinforce the lessons learned and celebrate their achievements.

General Studies

The goal of Mesivta Ner Hachaim's General Studies program is to provide a comprehensive education through an academic experience that is designed to prepare students and enhance their learning. Under the capable leadership of Rabbi Stein, Mesivta Ner Hachaim provides a solid and effective curriculum that helps the students develop strong communication skills, increased literacy and math skills, and bolsters their critical thinking, thereby gaining a broader base of knowledge.

Mesivta Ner Hachaim general studies instructors are all bnei Torah and highly experienced in their individual fields, using their expertise to provide lessons that are both interesting and engaging. The curriculum meets core requirements for the State of Florida.

Also at Mesivta Ner Hachaim

At Mesivta Ner Hachaim, our General Studies program offers a rigorous academic curriculum alongside our Torah studies. The program develops strong communication and critical thinking skills while maintaining the Torah environment that defines the Mesivta.
